During peak gym hours this can be full, you’re welcome to double park your car and leave your keys with the team in the office to move during your treatment. Otherwise please leave plenty of time to ensure you can arrive to your appointment on time.

Tuesday: 8AM - 3:30PM
Thursday: 9AM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 9AM - 2PM (Once per month)
